Ms. Conza has extensive experience representing individuals and fiduciaries in all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Her practice includes representing executors, administrators, and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.

She also has substantial experience representing clients in contested estate proceedings in the New York State Surrogate’s Court, where careful preparation and focused advocacy can be critical to protecting a client’s rights and carrying out a decedent’s intentions.

Ms. Conza provides legal guidance to families and individuals at all stages of estate planning, with particular focus on Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts and Supplemental Needs Trusts.

In addition to her estate planning and probate practice, she represents purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including parties involved in 1031 Exchanges.
